In addition to my sister visiting, we also did a little puppy sitting this summer. Our friends have this *adorable* new Schnauzer puppy, Pepper. They were going on a little vacation so we volunteered to watch the little gal so they could get away. I'd like to say we did it so they could have a nice, quiet vacation but they have 5 boys under 10 (one just 4 months old) so I'm sure it wasn't quiet - but I do think they had a great time!

Brooklynn loved Pepper...Cairo wasn't a big fan of the little thing and ignored her most of the time. It took her a few days to warm up. She basically acted like an old lady the whole time Pepper was with us...let me remind you that Cairo is just 2! At the end of the week, she finally started getting more interested in playing.
But, to be honest, this is what the two dogs normally looked like: Cairo untouchably perched on the bed or couch and Pepper trying eagerly trying to coax her down for a little playtime.
Pepper did great though! Such a sweet little pup :)
