The first is this lovely microwave. We didn't realize how handy and convenient a microwave actually is until we had to heat up leftovers on a skillet or in the oven. Pizza's not so difficult but leftover CousCous presented a challenge! It's a little ghetto, being a hand-me-down through a few generations but it works great. We just need to find it some new dials so we can turn it on without needle-nose pliers!
Next came this all-in-one printer. It's super nice and works really great for all the times we need something that we don't have a chance of knowing in Arabic - like molly bolts. How would you explain that without a picture?!
And last, but certainly not least, this rug was added to our digs. We've been wanting one for a while but just haven't been able to settle on one. When this little guy was about to be homeless, we couldn't pass it up. I really like - it makes our salon have a warmer feel.
Yesterday, we purchased this coverlet (pronounced coo-ver-lay) to add some color to our bedroom. It's just a thin cover made from cactus silk. We really like it! And yes, of course, it's brown - we are so monochromatic! We are still working on getting some more decorations for our home - little by little :)

We inherited a microwave a couple weeks ago too! We love it. Cuts the dirty dishes in half. We have yet to inherit a sweet rug. Wish us luck! Your looks really beautiful.

Microwaves rule! Our lives changed when we got ours. And the rug looks great!
